Kindness is the language a deaf can hear and speak. Established in 1971, the school for the deaf gave us an opportunity to understand the tremendous potential of these young minds, and a proof that communication and creativity has no barriers. The foundation of P.S. Kothari Multipurpose School was laid by the then President of India, Shri V.V.Giri. This special school was set up with the intention of imparting quality education to children having speech and hearing impairments as well as children with physical handicaps. Apart from providing primary vocational training, vital activities are conducted by professionals for the overall development of both mind & body. It has rendered unique services to the society by offering a well-blended mainstream education plan and special life-skills totally free of charge. With its excellent facilities and well-designed infrastructure, this campus has been acclaimed as one of the best in the state of Gujarat, which aligns perfectly with our aim to create and sustain a model campus in the service of the very special children of God.
